As Research Development Manager in the Department of Bioengineering my responsibilities include the following:

·         Identification, coordination, and delivery of large multidisciplinary funding opportunities.

·         Targeted dissemination of funding opportunities.

·         Foster partnership and collaboration with Industry, other Departments, Faculties or Institutions.

·         Member of the Department of Bioengineering Research Committee.

·         Contribute to the strategic development of the department, research themes and impact case studies.

·         Oversee departmental processes with respect to limited submission opportunities.

·         Member of the Departmental Fellowships Committee.

·         First point of contact and co-ordinator of the Imperial Networks of Excellence in:

o   Cancer Technology

o   Organ-on-Chip

o   Rehabilitation Technologies

o   Wound Healing and Regenerations
