BIO
Julia is a doctoral researcher in environmental policy research at the Centre of Environmental Policy. Her PhD research bridges climate science and law, focusing on developing frameworks to operationalise legal obligations under the Paris Agreement.
Julia holds an LLB in Law from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, where she specialised in environmental resource management.
