My work focuses on applying genetic epidemiology approaches and integrating multi-omics data to investigate the causal determinants of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, and to inform the development of pharmacological targets. I am particularly interested in elucidating the shared and distinct molecular pathways underlying atherosclerotic cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases.
