RESEARCH
Overview
Marine geology and geophysics:
Controlled-source seismology; Structure of ocean islands, oceanic crust, subduction zones and passive margins; coastal and ocean mapping with sidescan sonar and multibeam bathymetry.
If you are interested to join our group at Imperial College London (for research experience as an undergraduate student, a PhD, or a postdoctoral research position) please do not hesitate to get in touch.
For more information see:
Formation and evolution of continental shelves, passive margins, ocean basins and ocean islands.
Environmental geophysics, marine processes and physical properties of the seabed.
I am grateful to the following bodies for funding:
Royal Society, Royal Geographical Society, NERC, HEFCE, HEFCW, English Heritage, M-ALSF
