My research focuses on the interactions between polymers and surfactants within the context of formulation. In particular, my research is concerned with the development of sustainable, high performance formulations that include these soft matter species and how their interactions and molecular architecture affect performance.  Prior to commencing my PhD, I studied under the supervision of Dr Naval Singh at Lancaster University, where my research focus was concerned with computational modelling of thin (polymeric) film instabilities, with a particular focus on electrohydrodynamic dewetting.
