MissJamie Jie Zheng

Jamie Jie Zheng is a PhD student in Strategy at Imperial College Business School. Her research examines corporate misconduct as a multistage, socially constructed process shaped by organizational actors and diverse stakeholder audiences. Her current work investigates how gendered evaluative lenses create structural constraints for female top executives, influencing both their decision-making and stakeholders’ interpretations of integrity shocks. Her broader research interests include behavioral strategy, nonmarket strategy, upper echelons, corporate misconduct, social evaluation, and diversity.
