TEACHING INTERESTS

I contribute to teaching and training in genomics, developmental biology and computational biology, and supervise MSc research projects in Applied Genomics, Reproductive and Developmental Biology, and Bioinformatics. Projects in my laboratory may be experimental, computational, or combine both approaches, and span genome regulation, chromatin architecture, single-cell and spatial genomics, and gametogenesis.
