BIO

Dr Jate Ratanachina has joined Imperial College as an Honorary Research Associate since 2021. He is also a current medical doctor at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, the Thai Red Cross Society and a lecturer at the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand.

Dr Jate Ratanachina studied for his PhD in Clinical Medicine Research on Occupational, Environmental and Respiratory Epidemiology under the supervision of Emeritus Professor Peter G J Burney, Professor Paul Cullinan, Dr Sara De Matteis and Dr Andre F S Amaral at Population Health and Occupational Disease (currently Genomic and Environmental Medicine), the National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College London. He has a Doctor of Medicine and an MSc in Health Research and Management from Chulalongkorn University. In 2021 he was awarded a Diploma in Occupational Medicine from the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians.
