BIO

Julius is a Medical Research Council Skills Development Fellow (MRC SDF) at the Department of Infectious Disease Epidemiology, Imperial College London. He is specialized in the economic impact analysis of health policy interventions and poverty alleviation programmes on health outcomes. His specific research interests focus on HIV/AIDS, health productivity, mental health, and the epidemiology of infectious diseases.

Julius holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Manchester (2018), an MSc in Economics from the Free University Amsterdam (2014), and a BSc in Economics from the University of Heidelberg in Germany (2012). Julius had previous appointments at the University of Manchester as Research Associate (2014-2015) and Research Fellow (2018-2019) in health economics at the Manchester Centre for Health Economics and HOPE.
