She joined the Department of Infectious Disease at Imperial College London in 2021, where she currently works as a Research Technician.

Jennifer's main work contributes to both in vivo preclinical studies and the evaluation of clinical immune responses to next-generation mRNA and self-amplifying RNA (saRNA) vaccine platforms. Her work spans a broad portfolio of vaccine candidates targeting pathogens including HIV, SARS-CoV-2, Chlamydia trachomatis, influenza, rabies, and various viral haemorrhagic fevers.

She has enjoyed teaching and curating short work experiences for university students over the summers and also completed the Imperial Positive About Cultural Talent (IMPACT) development program for staff from minority backgrounds in 2023, and is passionate about further EDI initiatives and making STEM careers more accessible.
