BIO
Dr Fang is currently a research associate with the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Imperial College London. He received the B.Eng. degree in automation from Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao, China, in 2020, and the M.Sc. degree in data science and analytics and the Ph.D. degree in artificial intelligence from Brunel University of London, Uxbridge, U.K., in 2021 and 2026, respectively.
He has published 19 papers in international journals and conferences. One paper has been recognised as the Highly Cited Paper according to Web of Science (i.e., top 1% by citations in the area). He also serves on the program committees of many international conferences and is an active reviewer for many international journals and conferences.
