BIO

I am bioinformatician currently working at UKHSA, and previously a Ph.D. student working under the supervision of Dr. Nick Croucher in the department of infectious disease epidemiology at St.Mary's/White City. My research is focused on exploring how antimicrobial resistance (AMR) evolves and spreads among bacterial pathogens. I use and develop bioinformatic tools to investigate whole-genome sequence data from bacteria.
