BIO

I am a biomedical engineer and Head of Hardware in the TRUST Group at Imperial, where we develop novel ultrasound systems and experimental imaging platforms for research and clinical translation.

I studied Biomedical Engineering in Spain and worked in neuromodulation and neurotechnology development before completing a Master’s in Medical Device Design and Entrepreneurship at Imperial, supported by a scholarship from the Fundación Pedro Barrié de la Maza.

I completed my PhD at Imperial demonstrating the feasibility of full-waveform inversion for medical imaging in human tissue, and now lead hardware development for Imperial and Sonalis.
