DrJack Gartside

I'm a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Neuromorphic Computing & Metamaterials, based in the Physics department at Imperial.

I lead the Neuromorphic Metamaterials group, where we study and engineer emergent physical dynamics & fundamental phenomena, and physical neural network & neuromorphic computing architectures and algorithms - across a range of reconfigurable metamaterial systems, including nanomagnetic, magnonic, nanophotonic, and semiconductor systems.

We are always looking for new PhD and PDRA researchers to join our team. We value a diverse range of backgrounds and identities, and are always happy to chat. Please reach out and email if you'd like to connect! :)
