BIO
I'm currently a postgraduate researcher at the computational and data-driven chemistry group, Imperial College London, funded by a Royal Society doctoral studentship. The research I am working at the moment is split across the following topics:
• Implementation of the stochastic coherent state path integral formalism for describing finite-temperature systems, which is then applied to study phonon effects on electron-hole recombination in semiconductors,
• Machine learning and easing of exponentially scaling noise in electron systems with continous normalizing flows. This approach is further used to investigate, specifically, graphene quantum dot electrode systems for energy storage applications,
• Simulation of cellular membrane and peptide interactions via semi-analytical molecular dynamics approaches,
• Derivation of extended coupled cluster equations for strongly correlated systems with phase transitions. These are then implemented using tensor tools and automatic differentiation to study the band structure and superconductivity in twisted magic angle graphene bilayers. This project is done in collaboration with members of the theoretical physics group at the University of Manchester.
