BIO
Hiroe Yamazaki received her PhD from Kyoto University in March 2012 under the supervision of Prof Takehiko Satomura. She currently holds a postdoctoral position at Imperial College London which is funded by the Natural Environment Research Council and supervised by Dr Colin Cotter.
Hiroe Yamazaki's research interests centre on the development of numerical methods for geophysical fluid dynamics, especially for the modelling of numerical weather prediction.
