As Clinical Operations Manager, I oversee complex clinical research across the full trial life cycle, from initial concept and funding application through to delivery and closure.

My experience spans multiple therapeutic areas including infectious diseases (HIV, Hepatitis B, TB, cysticercosis), AMR, and critical care and emergency medicine, across the UK, EU and Sub-Saharan Africa. This includes data-enabled trials, reflecting the evolving landscape of modern clinical research.

I guide teams through all stages of trial delivery, including protocol development, regulatory submissions, set-up, governance, recruitment and closure, ensuring alignment with funder and regulatory guidelines, international clinical trial regulations and ICTU SOPs.

I also co-teach the Trial Operations module on the ICTU Contemporary Clinical Trials Course.
