MrGareth Mitchell

I joined the Science Communication Unit in 1998 part time and became full time in 2000. I lecture in broadcast and written journalism on the Science Communication and Science Media Production MScs. Alongside my lecturing activities here at Imperial, I am an occasional presenter on Business Daily on the BBC World Service and previously the weekly tech show Digital Planet. I also present the global technology podcast Somewhere on Earth. Alongside the broadcasting, I train early career academics in media and communication skills and am a regular event host and moderator having worked with the likes of the OECD, World Economic Forum, European Commission and the Government of Estonia.
