BIO

I’m a practitioner–academic bridging UK Fire and Rescue leadership with crisis science. Building on my Imperial PhD on CBRN casualty behaviour, I aim to advance research that connects human behaviour, AI and policy to improve resilience, shaping future doctrine, practice and innovation across emergency management.
