MrsElizabeth Walpole

Elizabeth Capiro Walpole is a Senior Transport Analyst in the Transport Strategy Centre (TSC) at Imperial College. At the TSC, she works primarily on metro benchmarking case studies covering a range of environmental and maintenance topics. 

Prior to joining the TSC, she worked at MTA Construction & Development in New York City, the agency which plans and manages major construction projects to improve and expand New York City's public transportation systems. At MTA, she worked in the Climate Resilience Planning team which aims to better prepare the MTA for climate-related risks like heavy rainfall, extreme heat, and sea level rise.

Elizabeth's background is in transportation planning and she has a Masters of Urban Planning degree from Hunter College in New York City.
