TEACHING INTERESTS
My teaching activities include:
- serving as module lead and primary instructor for AI for Health Science (AIHS) within the Health Data Analytics and Machine Learning MSc programme at Imperial College London
- serving as module lead for Translation Data Science (TDS) within the same programme during maternity cover
- developing and delivering, on two occasions, a postgraduate course on Bayesian modelling and probabilistic programming with NumPyro at the African Institute of Mathematical Sceinces (AIMS) South Africa, with open teaching materials available at https://elizavetasemenova.github.io/prob-epi/01_intro.html
