I'm a web application developer and research software engineer working in the Department of Infectious Disease Epidemiology.
Some projects I've been involved with are:
- Vaccine Impact Modelling Consortium
- WODIN - odin on the web
- HINT - subnational HIV estimates using the Naomi model
- MINT - Malaria Indicators Tool
