DrEmma Robbins

I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Cancer Epidemiology. My research focuses on the optimisation of surveillance for people at higher risk of colorectal cancer (CRC), including those with a history of colorectal polyps or the hereditary cancer predisposition syndrome known as Lynch syndrome, to improve prevention and early detection of CRC. I undertook my PhD with the Cancer Screening and Prevention Research Group at Imperial College London from 2021 and 2025, following four years working with the group as a Research Assistant. I have a MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a BA in Biological Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
