BIO

I currently work as a Research Assistant within the Self-Care Academic Research Unit. Since I joined the team in 2020, I have been actively involved in several projects aiming to inform self-care health policy and practices at the national and international level. I have experience in carrying and leading systematic reviews as well as qualitative and mixed-methods research studies involving eSurveys and interviews/focus groups.

I previously worked at Imperial College London as part of the Global eHealth Unit.

My academic background is in Sociology and Anthropology. I completed my studies at Paris Descartes Sorbonne University, France and Université de Montréal, Canada. I hold a Master degree in Development Studies as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Technology. I worked for several years in cultural and artist centres in Tio'tia:ke/Montreal.

I am particularly interested in exploring questions of access to health, use of technologies, biopolitics and mental health, through an intersectional transfeminist lens and a focus on social inequalities, marginalised communities and the collective dimension of self-care.
