Emma Pallett (she/her) is the Manager of the Institute of Chemical Biology and its associated EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training, which was successfully renewed for its fifth interation in 2024.
Emma joined Imperial College in April 2014 as Faculty Finance Administrator for the Faculty of Natural Sciences. In September 2017 Emma moved to the role of Senior Finance Officer for the Chemistry and Life Sciences Finance Cluster within the Faculty of Natural Sciences, where she worked across both the South Kensington and White City campuses.
In June 2020 she was seconded to the role of Institute of Chemical Biology EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training Project Manager within the Department of Chemistry based at the Molecular Sciences Research Hub in White City Campus. Her role was made permanent from April 2021.
Prior to joining Imperial College Emma worked at Mitsubishi Corporation International (Europe) PLC; upon leaving university she worked for the legal advice charity AdviceNow.
Emma holds a BA in Law and Politics from Queen Mary, University of London and a BSc in Biomedicine from Birkbeck, University of London.
