RESEARCH

Research, to me, is an act of engineering, curiosity, and irritation: identifying the thing that should work, and then building it properly.

My work focuses on:

  • Adaptive and personalised prediction models
  • Behaviour-linked interventions for sustained health change
  • Early detection of deterioration
  • Digital systems that support chronic disease management

The projects I lead are rarely theoretical; they are lived, tested, iterated, implemented, measured, and, where appropriate, shut down. That is the nature of meaningful translational science.
