BIO

Dragos Gruia is a PhD candidate in Health Hata Science as part of the Clinical Neurology Division. His current research focuses on developing digital biomarkers for recovery after stroke. To achieve that, he is developing an automated, remote cognitive assessment tool that is specifically designed for patients with stroke and that allows longitudinal monitoring of cognitive recovery in the home setting. The data obtained from this assessment is combined with brain imaging measures and blood biomarkers to obtain an integrative multimodal approach to mapping a patient’s cognitive trajectory over time.
