TEACHING INTERESTS

David teaches Phase Diagrams in year 1 MATE40004, Cradle-to-cradle materials processing and steels (with an emphasis on environmental aspects) in Y1 MATE40002; stress tensors in Y2 MATE50006; and titanium in Y4 MATE70013. Some (older) teaching materials are publicly available at dyedavid.com and on YouTube, and he leads a Coursera course on Maths for Machine Learning. Newer material is accessed thourgh the Canvas VLE.
