BIO

I teach the entrepreneurship half of the Medical Device Design and Entrepreneurship (MDDE)  masters degree in the Department of Bioengineering. I design the teaching modules I deliver and, with research colleagues, update the MDDE degree each year.

 

I also teach on the Biomedical Technology Ventures (BTV) undergraduate degree.

 

I advise advise collagues and external founders on their start-up plans. I'm chair of the board of Precision Microbubbles, an Imperial spinout.

 

My background is 17 years as a startup CEO of three life science companies. before that I was in three VCs, investing on both side of the Atlantic.
