RESEARCH
Overview
PhD Thesis
Plastic Limit Analysis and Synthesis of Structures by Linear Programming, Imperial College London, 1974. University of London.
Research Interests
The collapse of masonry arch bridges and other masonry structures caused by extreme events during loading and repair. Principally investigated with the aid of mathematical programming tools.
Dynamic plasticity of framed structures under impact and blast conditions. Includes numerical analysis of rigid-plastic dynamic response by mathematical programming.
