BIO
I am a second-year PhD student in Infectious Disease Epidemiology at Imperial College London's School of Public Health, under the supervision of Dr Lilith Whittles, Prof Anne Cori, Dr Tini Garske, Dr Gemma Nedjati-Gilani and Dr Daniel Laydon.
I am interested in methodological approaches to outbreak analytics, particularly understanding how outbreak data are generated and observed, and how these processes influence what we can reliably infer from them. My research is motivated by its practical applications in outbreak response and public health decision-making.
My current work focuses on Ebola virus disease, including modelling transmission under incomplete case ascertainment and evaluating the potential impact of ring vaccination strategies.
Alongside my PhD, I serve as a PhD student representative for the Infectious Disease Epidemiology division.
