I work as a business analyst within the Data & Insights team of the Advancement division. I work to make sure that our data systems are supporting our philanthropic fundraisers working at Imperial.

I do that by working with colleagues to find out what they do, why they do it, and how they do it, then examining whether our processes and systems match that. Where they don't, I make and implement recommendations to fix that, by suggesting how processes can change, systems can be updated, or we can better train & support colleagues.
