TEACHING INTERESTS
I am currently leading the coursework part of the module Advanced Electronic Devices. In this coursework I am teaching Sentaurus Technology Computer Aided Design by Synopsys. This software suit is one of the few remaining main players in the field of semiconductor device design and modelling.
The module teaches the scaling laws for MOSFETs and the design of novel geometries of devices at nanometer scale. Students taking this course gain a rare skill that puts them at the front of the semiconductor industry for the next generation of devices.
