BIO

Dr. Charalampos P. Triantafyllidis is a Lecturer at the Nuffield Department of Medicine, University of Oxford, with a background in Applied Computer Science (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.) from the University of Macedonia, Greece. ​ His research focuses on machine learning, data science, and network modeling/optimization, particularly in cancer networks. ​ He has held various academic positions, including at Goldsmiths University, University of Greenwich, University College London, and Imperial College London. His work includes supervising theses, teaching modules on machine learning, data science, and software development, and contributing to numerous high-impact publications in optimization, sustainable development, and medical data analytics.
