RESEARCH
My current research activities are translational and based on:
- transcript analysis (bulk and spatial) applied to transplant biopsies
- cross-scale, cross-platform imaging of kidney biopsies
- digital pathology & machine learning
- improved immunohistochemistry for kidney biopsy diagnosis
Through my role as Subspecialty Lead for Renal and Transplant pathology (RCPath UK) and my work with the Banff Foundation for Allograft Pathology, I promote updates and improvements to kidney biopsy pathology practice, for patient benefit.
