MsClare McCrudden

Clare is a Policy Fellow at the Helix Centre, a design studio within the Institute of Global Health Innovation, where she works at the intersection of health, design, and behavioural science. Clare is Head of Engagement and Partnerships within Change Lab - a collaboration between Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Imperial College London, and the Behavioural Insights Team, she explores how tailored, behaviourally interventions can reduce inequities in healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes.

Clare is also a Co-Founder of OnTrack Rehab; a software as a medical device for the rehabilitation of stroke survivors.

With a background as a Qualified Social Worker and a Master of Science in Global Health, Clare leads high-impact projects with local NHS services, community groups and other life sciences clients. Clare's portfolio focuses on enhancing healthcare safety, innovation, transformation and addressing strategic challenges through a deep understanding of human behaviour and the practical application of behavioural science and user-centred design.

Her previous international public health experience spans Bogotá, Colombia, and the USA, as well as her hands-on NHS work as a Hospital Social Worker in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This varied background provides Clare with a unique global perspective in tackling healthcare challenges.
