Cordelia's research background is in Geometry and Topology, particularly in hyperbolic geometry, minimal surfaces and knot theory.

From a Mathematics Education perspective, she is interested in the development of digital course materials, the role of visualisations and physical models in mathematics education and the transition to university level mathematics.
