BIO
Billy Wu is a Professor of Electrochemical Engineering and Deputy Head of the Dyson School of Design Engineering at Imperial College London. He jointly leads the Electrochemical Science and Engineering group, with his research activities focusing at the interface between fundamental science and engineering application of electrochemical energy storage and conversion devices such as batteries, fuel cells and supercapacitors. His work spans topics including: energy materials, continuum level modelling, understanding degradation, thermal management system and control.
