Balig Panossian, PhD, MRSB is a postdoctoral research associate in the Ransome lab working on pathogen suppression in wheat.
He is part of the Green Microbiome Revolution project funded by the UREN foundation, responsible for the computational analysis of large amounts of sequencing data.
His emphasis is on the impact of viruses on the holobiont health and microbial community dynamics in wheat when facing a fungal pathogen.
