RESEARCH
Overview
My research interests lie in the area of wireless communications and signal processing, with emphasis on communication theory and applied information theory for wireless networks, signal processing, optimization and machine learning for wireless communications, wireless power and wireless sensing, and prototyping of wireless systems. I also enjoy working at the interface between communication theory and electromagnetism & microwave theory and create new analog computing and processing paradigms.
My research is both fundamental and applied with a large number of potential applications in various wireless (terrestrial and non-terrestrial) systems, networks and standards. I am involved in many research projects funded by UK research councils and EU programmes and maintain close links with industries, including ETSI, 3GPP and 6G standardization. My research activities have been underpinning some of the on-going 6G development.
