RESEARCH
I am interested in deciphering the contribution of epigenetic regulations to brain related disease with a particular focus on neurodegenerative disease.
My work aims to:
- identify pathological pathways implicated in disease' onset in specific brain cell populations (e.g by single-cell CUT&Tag in vascular brain cells from Alzheimer's patients)
- determine how can environment interplay/counterplay with these disease epigenetic signature
