MissAshleigh Green

I am a PhD candidate within the Department of Surgery and Cancer at Imperial College and I am supervised by Dr David Antcliffe and Dr Myrsini Kafarou. I am also externally supervised by Dr Emma Davenport at the Wellcome Sanger Institute.

My research is focused around longitudinal analyses and modelling trajectories of patients in critical care. I am particularly interested in how variation of the host response to infection may be modulated by underlying biology and/or drug interactions and how this informs these trajectories.

My PhD is funded by the MRC and I hold a place on the MultiSci DTP here at Imperial. I completed a Biomedical Research MRes in Data Science during the first year of my DTP. Prior to this, I have worked at Imperial as a Research Technician within the Critical Care Research Group as well as at a molecular diagnostics company.
