Working with researchers and institutional stakeholders to provide sustainable research data infrastructure and applications.

Background
Data Scientist at the Department of Metabolism, Digestion and Reproduction. Collaborating with the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics to develop software and data pipelines for clinical data analysis.

Data Manager for Dr Foster Unit at Imperial College London. The unit's work comes under the research themes Patient Safety, Effective Use of Patient Data, and Healthcare Performance. I worked with direction from Professor Paul Aylin. The work involved using existing data collected within the NHS for the purposes of analysis and surveillance. This informed applied research, raised healthcare standards, and predicted risk. I worked closely with Telstra Health - Dr Foster Limited and NHS Digital.

Data Manager for The National Institute for Health Research Health Protection Research Unit (NIHR HPRU) in Healthcare Associated Infections (HCAI) and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) at Imperial College London, under the research theme Applied Data Linkage - Syndromic Surveillance and Modelling.

Analyst Programmer for the MRC Centre of Epidemiology for Child Health at University College London. We developed and maintained epiLab (a secure virtual research environment) and epiLab-SS (an ISO-27001 certified research environment). I also trained and supported research groups on electronic data capture, data management, and use of development tools.
