Short CV

Born in Athens, Greece, in 1996.

I received a Master of Engineering Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London, London (UK) in 2018.

In 2024, I was awarded my Ph.D. degree in computational neuroscience and control theory, from the department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London. My thesis is titled "Modelling of brain neuronal networks and therapy design for neurodegenerative diseases via nonlinear control". I proceeded to work as a Research Associate, with my research focusing on the application of model reduction techniques on large-scale heterogeneous brain networks to study the self-healing capabilities of the brain.

 

As of October 2025, I am a Teaching Fellow in the department of Bioengineering.
