Dr Alexander Davidson BSc (Hons), MBBS (AICSM), MRCP(UK) is a clinician-scientist and PhD candidate in Artificial Intelligence for Health at Imperial College London, based at the Institute of Global Health Innovation and the Artificial Intelligence Centre for Value-Based Healthcare.
He develops multimodal machine-learning pipelines and clinical decision-support tools in neurology and infectious disease—current projects include risk stratification for progression from relapsing-remitting to secondary progressive multiple sclerosis, decision support in neonatal encephalopathy,—drawing on GP records, investigations and radiology, and working extensively with Python, TensorFlow and PyTorch.
He gained his medical degree from Imperial College in 2019 and completed Internal Medicine Training in East London in 2024.
