My research falls under the theme of preparedness and response to emerging threats, including analysing vaccination strategies and helping to review emerging pathogens. Other research interests entail developing hierarchical Bayesian models for correcting imperfect data, such as nowcasting/forecasting compositional disease counts that are subject to delayed reporting.
