Ana Carolina develops and supports key external relationships across the Americas with higher education institutions, governments, funding organisations and other stakeholders, supporting Imperial in its efforts to establish and strengthen partnerships across the region.

Prior to joining Imperial in January 2026, Ana Carolina was Head of International Relations at Insper, a non-profit higher education institution in São Paulo, Brazil, where she led international engagement and partnership development, working with universities and external stakeholders to expand strategic collaboration and support institutional internationalisation priorities.

Ana Carolina studied Journalism and holds specialisations in Public Relations and Marketing Management, as well as an Executive MBA.
