As Project Management Officer (PMO) Manager for the Great Service Programme within the Strategic Programmes and Change team (COO) I support Programme Governance, Planning, Risks and Issues, Dependencies and Stakeholder Engagement and Comms support across the Imperial community for Great Service. I work closely with our HR & Payroll Process Outcome Designers (PODs), Finance PODs, Research PODs and change managment, business analysis, programme management and data colleagues to deliver the new ERP system for Imperial.

I joined Imperial in April 2024, but have over 10 years experience in Project, Programme and Portfolio management, at small and strategic levels - having previously worked in the Finance and Insurance sector. Moving to Imperial was a change for me to the public sector, and into Higher Education as I've always had a passion for education and learning since completing my BSc Forensic Science with DeMontfort University - a choice to study that subject inspired by a lecture held at Imperial College London in 2010 with Dr Alec Jeffreys, about his discovery of genetic fingerprinting for DNA profiling forensically.
