BIO

I am a Royal Society University Research Fellow at Imperial College London, working at the intersection of theoretical physics and gravitational-wave data analysis. I use gravitational waves to probe the fundamental laws that govern our Universe.

 

My research focuses on methods to detect and interpret gravitational-wave signals across the frequency spectrum – from the nanohertz band of pulsar timing arrays (PTAs) to the millihertz band of LISA – and on connecting those observations to open questions in fundamental physics and cosmology, from testing theories of gravity to searching for signatures of new fields or early-Universe phenomena.

 

I am a member of the NANOGrav collaboration, where I chair the New Physics Working Group, exploring how pulsar-timing data can reveal physics beyond the Standard Model and general relativity. Together with David Wright, I lead the development of PTArcade, an open-source Python package that streamlines end-to-end Bayesian inference for PTA data.
