BIO
I am a visiting member of the Mood Instability Research Group led by Dr Martina Di Simplicio. I am primarily based at the University of Oxford as a Medical Research Council Clinician Scientist Fellow, and also work as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist in Oxford Health CAMHS on complex trauma.
My research program applies cognitive science to drive clinical innovations, with a special interest in psychological processes pertaining to mental imagery and autobiographical memory. Clinical areas of focus so far include trauma, anxiety, and autism, particularly in youth.
I had previously completed the Oxford Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, funded by the Oxford Health, followed by employment as Research Tutor. I also have a PhD in Experimental Psychopathology from the University of Cambridge (as a Cambridge International Scholar), as well as postdoctoral training at the IOPPN, King's College London.
